Our services

Longalba Consulting UG (haftungsbeschränkt) provides technical consulting in space technology: technical due diligence, technology briefings, training and systems engineering advisory.

Technical due diligence

For investors, Longalba provides technical due diligence only. Our assessments cover the technology of a company: its maturity, the engineering execution, the development risk and the system architecture. Our reports describe the technology and its risks based on the information available to us at the time of the assessment.

Training and briefings

Our training programs and briefings convey general knowledge of space technology, systems engineering and the space economy.

Our role

Our reports and briefings are technical. They contain no investment advice, no recommendations to buy, hold or sell, no valuation and no financial analysis, and we do not arrange investments. Investment decisions remain with the investors and their advisers. Legal and tax questions remain with the client's lawyers and tax advisers.

The scope of each engagement and the terms that apply to it are agreed in writing before work starts. This website describes our services in general terms and does not constitute an offer.
