In short
This website sets no cookies of its own, uses no tracking or analytics tools and loads no content from third parties. Its fonts are served from this website. We process personal data only to deliver and protect the website and to answer the emails you send us.
Hosting
This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you visit the website, Cloudflare processes technical connection data, such as your IP address, the date and time of the request, the page requested and information on your browser and operating system. This processing is necessary to deliver the website and to protect it against attacks.
For this protection Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie in your browser, for example after a security check. Storing this cookie requires no consent under Section 25(2) No. 2 of the German Telecommunications and Digital Services Data Protection Act (Telekommunikation-Digitale-Dienste-Datenschutz-Gesetz, TDDDG). Cloudflare provides us only with aggregated traffic statistics, such as the number of requests per country, which do not identify individual visitors. Cloudflare keeps the connection data only as long as necessary for these purposes.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Our legitimate interest is the secure and reliable delivery of this website. Our agreement with Cloudflare includes Cloudflare's data processing addendum. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, for which the European Commission has adopted an adequacy decision.
When you write to us, we process your email address, your name and the content of your message to answer you and, where relevant, to prepare or perform a contract. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for enquiries about our services and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for other enquiries, based on our legitimate interest in answering them.
Our email is hosted by Proton AG, Route de la Galaise 32, 1228 Plan-les-Ouates, Geneva, Switzerland. The European Commission has recognised Switzerland as providing an adequate level of data protection. We delete emails when they are no longer needed, unless statutory retention periods under German commercial or tax law require us to keep them.
Your rights
You have the right of access to your personal data (Article 15 GDPR), to rectification (Article 16), to erasure (Article 17), to restriction of processing (Article 18), to data portability (Article 20) and to object to processing based on Article 6(1)(f) (Article 21). To exercise these rights, write to info@longalba.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.
